How It Works
By choosing a CDS service package, you are pre-purchasing labor for the various jobs or small projects you have around your home. After purchasing the hours of labor you will be able to schedule the days you would like to have our technicians come out to complete the work.
Why Purchase a Package?
By pre-purchasing and scheduling your work in advance through one of our packages, you will receive discounted hourly labor rates from our technicians and other added discounts and bonuses (depending on the package selected).
Bronze – 8 hours of labor a year
Ideal For:
Someone with a list of small odd jobs around the house that need to be done (for example, hanging curtain rods, changing out bathroom fixtures, patching a wall) or someone with one midsize repair or project (ex painting a small bedroom, changing a storm door, replacing baseboards, etc).
Investment:
- Yearly subscription $680 ($5 savings/hour)
- Payment in full required prior to the first scheduled visit.
- Every additional hour over 8 will be billed at normal rate of $90/hour
Included in this package:
- 8 hours of discounted labor per year
- Can be used in one 8 hour visit or two, 4 hour visits
Silver – 24 hours of labor a year
Ideal For:
Someone who has a project in mind that is more involved than simple odd jobs. For example, someone who is looking for a small bathroom facelift (fresh paint, new mirror, vanity, and medicine cabinet, change out all bathroom fixtures and toilet, etc.)
Investment:
- Yearly subscription $1920/year ($10 savings/hour)
- Can be paid monthly at $160/month or in full
- Every additional hour over 24 will be billed at $85/hr ($5 savings/hour)
Included in this package:
- 24 hours of discounted labor per year.
Additional Discounted Offers:
- 1 small project estimate $120 (originally $175)
- This $120 is refundable with signed contract for
completion of work- Note: This $120 does NOT include the execution of
the small project. - If you choose to move forward with the small
project, you have the option to apply some or all
of your 24 hours or you can schedule the work
separate from your package
- Note: This $120 does NOT include the execution of
Gold- 40 hours of labor a year
Ideal For:
Someone who is looking for a property manager of sorts for their own home. Someone with a long list of repairs or fixes to be completed with a few small projects in mind as well.
Investment:
- $3,000/year ($15 savings/hour
- Option to pay in full or be billed monthly ($250/month)
- Every additional hour over 40 hours will be billed at $80/hr ($10 savings per hour)
Included in this package:
- 40 hours of labor
- 1 free small project estimate
- Note: This free estimate does NOT include the execution of the small project
- If you choose to move forward with the small project, you have the option to apply some or all of your 40 hours to it or you can schedule the work separate from your package.
- Priority Scheduling – when putting in a service request, if your work conflicts with another customer’s service request, your work will take priority.
